A RESOLUTION TO ALTER AND AMEND THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF CONTRACT WITH
TAMARACK INDUSTRIES ON CONRAD MANSION RESTORATION,PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City did, on May 6, 1976 enter into a contract with Tamarack
Industries of Whitefish, Montana for restoring sidewalks at Conrad Mansion; and
WHEREAS, upon the advice and recommendation of the Conrad Mansion Museum
Board, who is the City's consultant on said project, certain changes and alter-
ations of design and specifications have been found necessary and advisable and
in the best interests of the City; and said changes and alterations could not
have 'been necessarily foreseeable when the original design and specifications
were prepared on this phase of the Conrad Mansion Restoration Project, and said
changes are contained in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and is by this reference
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, it appears in the best interests of the City to approve said
changes and alterations,
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-1204, R.C.M., 1947,
be it hereby resolved:
1. The alterations and modifications of the specifications and plans of
the contract between the City of Wispell and Tamarack Industries, dated May 6,
1976, as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby approved;
2. As soon as the price to be paid for said alterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor and approved by the Council,
this approval thereof shall be in effect.

full payment therefore the price shown herein.
