A RESOLUTION TO ALTER AND AMEND THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF
CONTRACT WITH LOFTUS LANDSCAPING, INC. ON KALISPELL GOLF COURSE
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City did, on July 22, 1.975, enter into a contract
wif-h Loftus Landscaping, Inc. of Kennewick, Washington for irrigation
design and construction and related work on the Kalispell Golf
Course Project; and
-i%;-.t,sREAS, upon the advice and recommendation of Robert Muir
Graves-, Golf Course Architect, who is the City's consultant and
enqin,--,r on said project, certain changes and alterations of design
an-d specifications have been found necessary and advisable and in
the best interests of the city; and said changes and alterations could
not 2' �,,ive been necessarily foreseeable when the original'design and
spec-1-fications were prepared on this phase of the golf course project,
and said changes are contained in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached
hereto and are by this reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, it appears in the best interests of the City to
approve said changes and alterations,
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-1204,
lz.C.m. , 1947, be it hereby resolved:
1. The Alterations and modifications of the specifications and
plans of the contract between the City of Kalispell and Loftus
Landscaping, Inc., dated July 22, 7-975, as set out in Exhibits "A"
and "B" attached -,hereto, are hereby appr9� d: and
