Resolution 3043 - Resolution of Intent - Annexation - Hollo AddnRESOLUTION NO. 3043 g) o A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF KALISPELD` TO BE KNOWN AS HOLLO ADDITION NO. 62 AND TO FIX THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SAID HEARING. WHEREAS, Holgrim G. Hollo and Diane E. Hollo have made petition to the City of Kalispell for annexation to said City of certain territory to be'known as "Hollo Addition No. 62"; and WHEREAS, a preliminary plat thereof has been reviewed and considered in accord with the laws of the State of Montana and the subdivision regulations of the City of Kalispell by the Kalis- pell City -County Planning Board and said Board has, by communication dated January 29, 1976 recommended that said petition be granted under certain conditions; and it appears that said conditions are or will be adequately satisfied, and that it is to the best interest of the City of Kalispell that said petition be granted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS: 1. It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that territory comprising "Hollow Addition No. 62" shall be annexed to the city of Kalispell and shall be classified as a No. I Residence District. Said territory is more particularly described as follows: That portion of the Southwest 1/4 Southeast 1/4, Section 1, Township 28 North, Range 22 West, Flathead County, Montana, Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot 11, Block 9, Sunset Addition No. 4; thence S 010 471 46" W an and along the westerly line of Sunset Addition a distance of 100.00 feet; thence S 890 34141" W on and along .the southerly line of said Tract 1 a distance of 109.25 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Garland Street; thence N 010 47' 42" E on and along said easterly right-of-way line a distance of 100.0 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 11; thence N 891 341 41" E a distance of 109.25 feet to t ' lie point of beginning containing 10,916 square feet more or less. 2.
