A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO
MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1974-1975 BUDGET
FOR GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen in an

amount of 56,000.00in the budget of Street and Parks of the 1974-
1975'Generai Fund Budget,; and
WHEREAS, certain gasoline tax funds and miscellaneous refunds were unforeseen
as 1974-1975 revenue in the estimated amount of 56,000.00 ; and
WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary to budget this revenue to cover the
necessary additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by reason of the
facts hereinabove stated an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and an
expenditure of 54:990.00 ., in excess of the 1974-1975 Street Budget and
1,010.00 in excess of the 1974-1975 Parks Budget in the General Fund
Is necessary; protests if any, shall be hoard at 7:30 P. M. , January 20, 1975,
at the regular City Council Meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispell, Montana.
