A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
FLATHEAD HEALTH CENTER ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section
ion 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Flathead Health Center,
Inc.,, a Montana non-profit corporation, filed with the City Council
of : the City of Kalispell, on the 3rd day of June , 1974,
and.the submission to said CounciT bysaidpetitioner 6f'a" plat
reflecting the survey and designation of that territory adjoining
and adjacent to the City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto,
and pursuant to Section 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947,
the Council and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory may
become part of the City of Kalispell, to be known as:
FLATHEAD HEALTH CENTER ADDITION #54
Section 2. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell, and shall
be classified as a No. 3 Residence District of said City.

OF KALISPELL; MONTANA, THIS 3rd day of June, 1974.
