A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
McDONALDIS ADDITION NO. 52.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Ronald E. Pack,
Margaret A. Pack, James R. Erickson and Hazel C Erickson
filed withthe City Council of the City of Kalispell, on the
3rd day of June , 1974, and the submission I to said
Council by said petitioners of a plat reflecting the survey
and designation of that territory adjoining and adjacent to the
City of Kalispell, as an addition thereto, and pursuant to
Section 11-401, Revised Codes.of Montana, 1947, the Council and
Mayor do hereby approve that said territory may become a part of
the City of Kalispell, to be known as:
McDONALD'S ADDITION NO. 52
Section 2. The City Council has found that inasmuch as dedication
of park land within the platted Area of McDonald's Addition No. 52
would be unsuitable, uneconomical, difficult to develop or main-
tain or otherwise is unsuitable for park and playground purposes,
it is hereby ordered by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Flathead County, Montana, that land dedication for park purposes
be waived and that cash in lieu of park land be accepted in accord-
ance with Title 11, Chapter 38, R.C.M., 1947. It is ordered that
the amount to be paid to the city in lieu of park is $233.00 .
which shall be deposited in the park Fund of the City to be used
according to law.
Section 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell, and shall
be claasified--as a No. 4, Main B4siness District of said City.

A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF BONDS, SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 316.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
in compliance with the statutes of the State of Montana, did, on the
5th day of November, 1973, create Special Improvement District No. 316
of the City of Kalispell for the purpose of the construction of sanitary
sewers in all of that area included in Gibson Addition No. 41, in
accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in Resolution
No. 2930.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, as follows:
1. That the City shall sell and issue at this time amortization
or'serial bonds of said Special Improvement District No. 316 in the
amount of Forty Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($45,000.00), which
bonds shall bear date of issue ofQr 1, 197 4 said bonds
may bear interest at a rate not exceeding 7% per annum—payable
annually on the 1st day of Janu and on th� 197 5 lst day of
January-, of each year thereafter; provided however, that said
bonds, and each and all of the same, shall be redeemed at the City,
of Kalispell at any time when there is sufficient money in said SID
316 fund, against which said bonds are issued, available therefore,
said redemption to be made as provided by law; provided, further,
that the City Treasurer shall first pay out of said SID 316 fund,
annually the interest on all outstanding bonds upon presentation
of the coupons belonging thereto, and all monies remaining in said
fund shall be applied to the payment of the principle andtheredemp-
tion of the bonds in the order of their registration.
Said bonds will be sold for not less than their par value with
accured interest to the date of delivery, and all bidders must state
the lowest rate of interest at which they will purchase the bonds.at
par. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to sell said bonds at private sale.
If amortization bonds are sold and issued, the entire issue may
be put into one (1) single bond or divided into several bonds, as
the council may determine at the time of sale, both principal and
interest to be payable in semi-annual installments during a period
of twenty (20) years from date of issue.
If serial bonds are issued and sold, said bonds will be in the
amount of - One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.()0) each,
numbered from one (1) to 45), both inclusive, and
said bonds shall become due and payable on the lst day of October,
19 '94 . --
All bids other than on behalf of the State Board of Land
Commissioners of the State of Montana must be accompanied by a
certified check in the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred Fif� ($2,250.00)
payable to the order of the City Clerk of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, which will be forfeited by the successful bidder in the
event he shall fail or refuse to complete the purchase of said bonds
in accordance with the terms of his bid.
