A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, LOCAL
GOVERNMENT STUDY COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
Section.l. rursuant to Section 16-5103, R.C.M., 1947, the CITY
COUNCIL OF KALISPELL does hereby establish the CITY OF KALISPELL
LOCAL GOVERNMENT STUDY COMMISSION.
Section 2. The Study Commission shall consist of three (3) members
to be nominated and elected as provided in Section 16-5107, R.C.M.,
1947.

A tW�.,SOLVTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT OTSTRTCT
NO. 321.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTAN.A.
SECTION I. That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, to create Special Improvement District
No. 321 for the following described area:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of Block 8;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14 of Block 9, Section 3 of Northridge Heights.
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be
made in said proposed Special Improvement District is bringing
up to grade and paving North Parkway Drive through Lot 14 of Block
9, Section 3, Northridge Heights.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements is
$15,000.00.
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improvements
shall be assessed against each lot within the district to be
assessed on the basis of the proportion that the lineal feet
of said parcel affronting upon said street bears to the total
lineal -feet of said street within said district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon
completion of the contract, or shall be paid in ten (10) equal
installments, hereby extended over a period of ten (10) years.
Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as Special
Improvement District No. 321.
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special
Improvement District Warrants issued against said district in
sums not to exceed $1,000.00 each, bearing interest at a rate not
to exceed seven percent (7%) per annum from date of registration
until called for redemption or paid in full.
SECTION 7. That on the Ist day of July 1974, at 7:3o P.M.,
in the Council Chambers oftheCity HT11 �inthe City of Ka ripe —I,
Montana, at a regular meeting thereof, the City Council will bear
and pass on any protests that may be made against the making of
said improvements or the creation of said district.
S'E'CTION 8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publica-
tion and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made
in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper, published in the City
of Kalispell, Montana.
