A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES IN SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, APE► LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SAME
FOR THE YEAR 1974,E
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTAKA:
SECTION 1. That the entire cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in
Sprinkling District No. 1 for the 1974 year is estimated to be13�000.tiC� .
SECTION 2. That a tax is hereby levied on all property in Sprinkling
District No. 1 for the cost of sprinkling the streets and avenues in
said district. Said tax shall be levied at $25.00 per lot or at 1 00
per front foot of said lot, whichever is the greater.
