That it is the intention of the City Council of t12e it, Of !�alisnell' lolitdl,a' to cr(,-,dtp Special Improvement District No. 316 for the following described nronertv attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a nart hereof. SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said nroposed Special Improvement District is the installd- tior, of a sanitary sewer. SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements is $45,000.00. SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improvements shall be assessed against each lot within the district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district. SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon completion of the contract, or shall be paid in 20 e-ival in5Lallmei.Ls, hereby extended over a period of 20 years. Said assessment shall con- stitute d fund to be known as Special Improvement District No. 316. SECTION 6. That said. improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvement District•4drrants issued against said district in soma riot to exceed $1,001.00 each, bearing interest at d rate not to exceed seven percent (7%) per annum from date of registration until callr,cl for redemption or paid in full. SECTION 7. That on the Pith day of September, 1973# at 7:30, P.1., in the Council Chamhars of the City Hall in the City of Ralisnell, 'Icntana, at a regular meeting thereof, the City Council will hear and pass on any protests that may be made against the making of said improvements or the creation of said district. SECTION S.- The Citv Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give the proper notice of the nassage of this resolution by publicatiou and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made in a daily npw,3paner and/or a �rnekly newspaper published in the City of Xalisnell, tdlid.
