A RESOLUTION ORDERING REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF SIDEWALKS IN CERTAIN
AREAS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
That it is the judgment of the City Council that sidewalks be removed
and concrete sidewalks constructed along the following locations in
the City pursuant to Section 24-21 of the Code of the City of Kalispell,
Montana:
Block 75;
lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, b, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12;
Kalispell Original;
being on the west side of Main Street between Fourth Street West and
Fifth Street West.
Passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
this 5th day of February, 1973.
