RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS NECESSARY
TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE 1971-1972
BUDGET FOR AMBULANCE FUND,
SEAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have arisen in
an amount of $1,500.00 in excess of the 1971-1972 Ambulance Head Btukrat: &rA
It is therefore necessary to call for an emergency Dint in
order to pay.. for the necessary additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Kalispell that by.reasop
of the facts hereinabove stated an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and an expenditure of $1,500.00 in excess of the 1971-1972 Ambulance -Fund
&&get is necessary; protests if any, shall be heard at 7s30 P. M., JUpe 5,
1972, at the (regular City Council meeting, Council Chambers, Kalispell,';
Montana.
