Resolution 2862 - Annexation - Park View TerraceRESOLUTION No. 2862 A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS AN ADDITION, LOTS 16 through 32 INCLUSIVE; LOTS 45 through 60 INCLUSIVE; PLAYGROUND; THAT PART OF HARRISON BOULEVARD ADJOINING SAID LOTS AND PLAYGROUND OF PARK VIEW TERRACE ADDITION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION.1. That pursuant to the Petition of Elmer A. Absalonson and Nadine C. Absalo son husband and wife, filed with the City Council of the City of Kalispell, on the day of June, 1972, and the submission of said Council by said Petitioners of a plat reflecting the survey and designation of that territory adjoining and adjacent to the City of Kalispell, into streets and blocks as an addition thereto, and pursuant to Section #11-401, Revised Code of Montana, 1947, as amended, the Council and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory may become a part of the City of Kalispell, to be known as: Lots 16 through 32 inclusive;; Lots 45 through 60 inclusive; Playground That part of Harrison Boulevard adjoining said Lots and Playground of Park View Terrace Addition No. 1, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, more particularly described in the Exhibit hereto attached, marked'Exhibit :A" and by reference incorporated in this Resolution. SECTION 2. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell and shall be classified as a No. 1 RESIDENCE DISTRICT of Said City.
