A RESOLWION TO INCORPORATE INTO THr CITY OF XALISPBLL, AS AN

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,, MONTAN71..-
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Lindsey Lumber, a
Montana corporation, filed *ith the City Council of the City of
Kalispell on the 13t:h day of VhTc"'& 1972, and the
submission of sa0__CFoMTcil by said of a plat reflecting
the survey and designation of that territory adjoining and
adjacent to the City of Kalispell, into streets, aad blocks as
an addition thereto, and pursuant to Section no. 11-401, Revised
Codes of Montana, 1947, the Council and Mayor do hereby approve
that said territory may become a part of the City of Kalispell,
to be known as:
LINDSEY LWMER, ADDITION NUMBER 30.
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found causse f7or the re-
duction of land to be set aside in said for pa-,k Purposes
to one -ninth (1/9) of the total area. of said and, t1lo
Council further finds it to be to the btst interest of the City to
accept a cash donation in lieu of said land for park purposes and the
City does hereby order that said amount shall be the sum of

SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
