A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS
NECESSARY TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PROVIDED
BY THE 1971-1972 BUDGET FOR PARKING COMMISSION EXPENSE,
WHEREAS, certain unforeseen and emergency expenditures have
arisen in an amount of $2,000.00 in excess of the 1971-1972 Geaol:al
Fund Parking Motor Budget; and
WHEREAS, it is therefore necessary to call for an emergency
budget in order to pay for the necessary additional expenditures;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of XalispQll that
by reason of the facts hereinabove stated an emergcacy is heraby
declared to exist, and an expenditure of $2,000.00 1411 excess of the
1971-1972 General Fund Par'kinq Meter Budget is necessary; protests
if any, shall be heard at 7:30 P.M. I i,,,prn 3, 1972 R at the
