A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELLs,
MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONT,"NA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2811, entitled
"A Resolution of Intention to Extend the Corporate Limits of the City of
Kalispell, Montana's, and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said
City Council, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana,
at 7:30 P. M. on July 12th, 1971, pursuant to said resolution and notice
duly given by publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace
and include the tract of land described in said Resolution of Intention No.
2811 and hereinafter described, and the said described tract of land is
hereby declared to be annexed to and to be a part of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when this
resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of said
tract of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to be December 6, 1971.
SECTION 2. .That the tract of land >io embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
as follows;

KJOS ADDITION
SECTION 3. That the said tract of land above described and to be Included
Within the corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is to be
classified as No. 2 Residence District.

MONTANA, THIS 6TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1971.
