A RESOLUTION TO INCORPORATE INTO THE CITY OF I KALISPELL, AS AN
ADDITION, KALISPELL LUMBER COMPANY ADDITION NU14BER 27.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA;
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Kalispell Lumber
Company, a partnership, filed with the C4 ty Council of the City
of Kalispell on the l2th day of October , 1971, and the
submission of said C-o-u-n=ci by said Petit! er of a plat reflecting
the survey and designation of that territory adjoining and adjacent
to the City of Kalispell, into streets and blocks as an addition
thereto, and pursuant to Section No. 11-401, Revised Codes of Montana,
1947, the Council and Mayor do hereby approve that said territory
may.become a part of the City of Kalispell, to be known as:
KALISPELL LUMBER COMPANY ADDITION NUMBER 27.
SECTION 2. That the City Council has found good cause for the
reduction of land to be set aside in said Addition for park purposes
to one twelfth (1/12) of the total area of said Addition; and, the
Council further finds it to be to the best interest of the City to
accept a cash donation in lieu of said land for park purposes and
the City does hereby order that said amount shall be the sum of
twelve hundred DOLLARS C $ 1,200.00 ) , which sum
be deposited in Me parR ti of the City to be used accord-
ing to law.
SECTION 3. That upon the proper filing of said plat in the office
of the County Clerk and,Recorder of Flathead County, Montana, said
territory shall become a part of the City of Kalispell,and shall be
classified as a No. 5 Buqlness Residence District - of said city.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNt
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that I have examined Title Certificate
Number 141-31722, dated October 5, 1971, issued by Cecil X.
Exelby, a licensed abstractor within the meaning of the provisions
of Chapter 21, Title 66, of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, a
copy of said Certificate is attached hereto and, by this reference,
is made a part hereof. Upon the basis of my examination of said
Title Certificate I do hereby certify that Kalispell Lumber Company,
a partnership, is the owner of the Real Property which made up the
Real Property referred to in said Title Certificate- and located in
Flathead County, Montana.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that on the basis of aforesaid examination,
said Real Property is oubject only to: a) General taxes for 1971;
b) Taxes, charges and assessments not yet certified to the County
Treasurer for collection.
I FURTHER CERTIFY that the real property described in said
Title Certificate is the property included in the plat designated
as "Kalispell Lumber Company Addition Number 27" and which -plat
will be presented to the Flathead County Clerk and Recorder for
filing.
This certificate is made and based upon the examination of
said abstract and aforesaid plat. Any change in said Title
Certificate or in the plat without the consent of the undersigned
renders this Certificate invalid.
