A RESOLUTION TO INCORaDRATE INTO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AS AN ADDITION,
NORTHRZIDGE HEIGHTS, SECTION #4.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTun::
SECTION I. That pursuant Lo the Petition of H. A. Larson, Jp.-n Musba-th
Larson, Betty Jane Miller, J. Austin Miller, Gary L. S-mith, ATL- M. Smith,
and Robert W. Happ, 11csldent of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, filad with the
City Council of tha City of Kalispell on the 3rd day of May, 1971, and the
submission of said CourxAl by said Petitioners of as plat reflecting the
survey and desisnation of that territory adjoining and adjacent to the City
of Xallopoll, Into streets ar4 blocks as &rA addition therato, and pursuant
to Section #11-401, Revised Code of Montana, 1947, the Council and Mayor
do hereby approve that said territory may becoma a part of the City of
Kalispell, to be known as:
NORTHRIDGE IMIGHTS
SECTION # 4
SECTION 2. That upon the propar filing of said plat in the Office of the
County Clark and Recorder of Flathead Couaty, 'Montana, said territory
shall become a part of the City* Of Kalispell and shall be classified as a
#1 Residence District of said City.

MONTANA, THIS 10th day of May, 1971.
