Resolution 2783 - Annexation - Grand View HeightsRESOLUTION NO- 2783 A RESOLUTION MENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA. BE IT RESOLVE) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2774 entitled "A Resolution of Intention to Extend the Corporate Limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana", and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 P. M. on November 2, 1970, pursuant to said resolution and notice duly given by publication as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract of land described in said resolution of intention No. 2774 and hereinafter described, and the said described tract of land is hereby declared to be annexed to and to be a aprt of -the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof. The time when this resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion of said tract of land within the boundaries or c to 11 -mits of the City of Kalispell� Montana is hereby declaredortpora. November 2, 1970. SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the boundaries of the City of �alispell, Montana, is more particularly described as follows: GRAND�VIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION NO. 2 PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, THIS 29 DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1970.
