A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT AN ZMERCENCY EXISTS AND THAT IT IS
NECESSARY TO MAKE EXPENDITURES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT BUDGETED
FOR THE SEWER DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, during the fiscal year 1970 - 1971 an emergency arose In
acquiring land for storm sever holding pond making It necessary to
expend the sum of $16,000.00'ln excess of the budget for this
department.
NOW THEREFORE, be It resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispellv that by reason of the facts stated an emergency Is hereby
declared to exist under the provisions of the laws of the State of
Montana, and that the expenditure of $16,000,00 In exceps of the
budget of the Sever Department is hereby authorized for the purpose
set forth.

MONTANA, THE 14TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1970.
