BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL. MONTANA, That the City of Kalispell, Montana accept from Elmer A. Absalonson and Nadine C. Absalonson, the following described Real Estate:' A tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Government Lot One (1) of Section One (1), T 28 N - R 22 W., P. M.
