A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLV'E`D BY TIDE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECfiTON 1. Tha,, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2762 entitled
"A RESOLUTION OF IN` EE ,,TIQriI TO E:XIEND THE CORiORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
yt',NTANA", and after a }gearing held at, a regular meeting of said City Council, in
the Council Chambers of the City'Hall.:in Kalispell, Montana, at 7.30 P. M. on
April E,, 1970, pursuant to said resolution and notice duly given by publication
as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract of land des-
cribed in said resolution of intention No. 2762 and hereinafter described, and
the said described tract of land is hereby declared to be annexed to and to be a
part of the City of Kalispell,, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof.
The time when this resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion of said
tract of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana is hereby declared to be April 6, 1970.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 7 Block 4

MONTANA, THIS 6TH DAY OF APRIL, 1970.
