A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or, THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
SECTION 1, That pursiwn�nt to the provisions of Resolution No. 2766 entitled
"A RESOLUTION OF DMIT1011i TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LDITTS OF THE CITY OF YALTSPELL,
MONTANA", and after a hearJng held at a reguler moeting of said City Council, in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Mon -Lana, at 7.30 P. �% on
April 6, 1970, pursiiant -to said -resolution ar)d notice duly given by publication
��s required by law, the, or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Vontana are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract of land des-
cribed in said resolution of intenilon No. 2?66 and hereinafter described, -and
tho said described tract of land is hereby declaxed to be annexed to and to be a
part of the city of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof.
The time when this resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion of said
tract of .1and within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana Is hereby declared to be April 6, 1970-
�;ECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described as follows:
