RESOLUTION NO. 2743
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2739 entitled
"A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said City Council, in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana, at 7:30 P. M. on
August 4, 1969, pursuant to said resolution and notice duly given by publication
as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana are hereby extended so as to embrace and include the tract of land des-
cribed in said resolution of intention No. 2739 and. hereinafter described, and
the said described tract of land is hereby declared to be annexed to and to be a
part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate limits thereof,
The time when this resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the
boundaries of the!City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion of said
tract of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana is hereby declared. to be August 4, 1969.
SECTION 2.. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described as followst
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Section
19, T.S. 28 N., R. 21 V.-thence; S. 880 12'
W. a distance of 30.0 for to the true point
of beginning thence; continuing S. 880 12'
W. along the North line of Section 19, a dis-
tance of 132,0 feet,thence; S. 00 08' W. a
distance of 75.0 feet thence; N. 880 12' E.
a distance of 132.0 feet to the Westerly
line of the Airport Road thence; N. 00 08' E,
a distance of 75.0 feet to the truf point of
beginning.
