RESOIOTION FIXING THE COST OF SIMAIX AND C-M CONISTRUCTON COMPUTED
DuRn4G 1969.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or, TIM, CITY OF 1ULISPE-11, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. The cost of sidewa-Uc and curb construction completed,
during 1969, and to be assessed aaalnzt real estate is hereby fixed as
designated on the attached document which is marked "Exhibit A" and by
.reference is adopted heyein,
SECTION 2. That warrants be issued for payment of said sidewalk
and curb construction in accordance with the cost fixed herein.
