Montana are herey ext,slOed no as to embrace and Include the tract laid des-
cribed in said rolution of intention No. 2761, and hereinafter and
the said described tract of land is hereby declared to be annexed �o and to be a
part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate Jimits thereof.
The time when thds resolution shall go into effect and the extension, of the
boundaries of the city of Kalispell., Montana, be made by the inclusion of said
tract of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana is hereby declared to be March 9, 1970.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described as follows:
Lots 5 through 14 Block 4
Lots 2, 6. 7 Block 2
Lots 1 through 14 Block 3
