cribed in said r��,-,olution of intention No. 2761, and hereinafter and
the said descrAbed tract of land is hereby declared to be annexed �,o and to be a
part of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and within the corporate Jimits thereof.
The time when �hds resolution shall go into effect and the extensios of the
boundaries of the city of Kalispell., Montana, be made by the inclusion of said
tract of land within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell,
Montana is hereby declared to be March 9, 1970.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the boundaries
of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described as follows:
