BE IT R , ESOLVED BY Ti1Z CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of R"olu,,-Ion No. 2693 entities
"A 'RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATZ LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
and after a hearing held at a -.Lgular -meeting of said
City Council, In the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana,
at 7.310 P. M. on October 7, 1968, pursuant to said resolution and notice
duly given by publication as required by law, the boundaries or,corporate
limits of the City of X-alis?ell, Montana, are hereby extended so as to embrace
and include the tract of land described in said resolution of Intention No.
2693, and hereinafter doscribed, and the sdici described tract of land is hereby
declared to be annexed to and to be a part Of the: City of Kalispell, Montana,
and wlec.ia the corporate limits thereof. The tine when this resolution shall
So into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the City of Zalispell,
Miontaaa, be made by the inclusion of said tract of land within the boundaries
or corporata, lir,7:ts Of the City of Xalispell, Montana, is hereby declared to
be October 7, 1968.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the bound-
aries or the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described as
