Resolution 2707 - Resolution of Intent - SID 3110= RESOLUTION NO. 2707 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CRENTE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 311 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: .11� n Kalispell, 1. SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to be made in saiu proposed Special Improvement District is the installation of a sanitary sewer. SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements is $10,000.00. SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improvements shall be assessed against each lot within the district to be assessed for that part of the whole cost which Its area bears to the area of the entire district. SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full upon completion of the contract, or shall be paid in 10 equal Installments, hereby extended over a period of 10 years. Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as "Special Improvement District No. 311 Fund." SECTION 6. That said Improvements shall be paid for in Special Improvemen" Di5trlc-t Beads or Wartants issued against said district in sums not to exceed $1,000.00 each, bearing interest at a rate not to exceed six percent.0%) per axaeauaa from date of registration until called for redemption or paid in full. SECTION 7. That on the 7th day of October, 1968, at 7:30 P. M, in the Council of the City Hall in the City of Kalispell, Montana, at a regular meet - in* thereof, the City Council will hear and pass on any protests that imay be made against the making of said improvements or the creation of said district. SECTION 8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publication and mailing as require( by law, such publication to be made in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
