Northeast 1 of Section 7, Township 23 worth, Range 21 West, Principal meridian, flathead County, Montana, which is not held in trust for any specific purpose, and which land is more particularly described as follows: Deginning at the Southwest corner of Block two hundred twenty-five of Kalispell Townsite Company/'s Addition .lumber rive to Kalispell, Montana; thence North 13°49' West 155.00 .feet to a copperweld monument; thence North 76111, East 52.50 feet to a coppdrweld monument on the easterly boundary of the vacated portion of Woodland Avenue abutting said Block two hundred twenty-five, the true point of beginning; thence North 76011' East 30.00 feet to a copperweld monument; thence North 40°37' West 116.115 feet to a copperweld monument; thence South 76011' West 30.00. feet to a copperweld monument at the point of intersection of the Easterly boundary of vacated Wood- land Avenue with the Northerly extension of the Westerly boundary of said Block two hundred twenty-five; thence South 40°37' East alone; the Easterly boundary of said vacated Woodland Avenue 116.45 to the true point of be 'inning as illustrated and more fully described by the, plat hereto attached which by this reference ,is made a part hereof. Bryce 'N;ercord and Florence Melissa Mercord to purchase said tract of land at a price of $150.00, and WHL•'REA S, said offer is considered to be a fair offer, and its acceptance would be in the best interests of the City of Kalispell NOW TUEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, that the sale of the above described tract of land be authorized, and that the Mayor be, and hereby is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Kalispell, a good and sufficient deed to said above described tract of land to G. Bryce Mercord and Florence Melissa Mercord for and in consideration of the sum of $150.00. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPZLL, MONTANA THIS 6TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1967.
