BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'EHEW CITY OF KALISPELL, EONTANA:
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend park facilities at Woodland Park;
and
WHEREAS, property adjacent to Woodland Park is available for this pear -

NOW ThEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the City purchase said
property for $10,000.00 and authorize a downpayment of $27000.00$ the bal-
ance of $S,000.00 to be paid within three years.
IT IS IFURTHER RESOL%B.�,D that the Mayor of Kalispell is hereby author-
ized to execute the necessary documents with Louis T. Phillips and Carol
BPhillips for said purpose.
