A RESOLUTION ORDERINIG CURBS IN CE'RTAIN ARFAS OF T11l,' CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ME CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTAN0
That it is the judgement of the C'Ity Council that concrete upright
curbs shall be installed along the following locations in the City pur-
suant to Section 24-21 of The Code of the City of Kalispell, Xontana;
Tract 8-4, Sag, Byb, lot 7,Block 1, Churmage Addition: being the
North side of West California Street from the east side of 5th alley &N.
to the icst side of THTPD AVENUE W.N. and from the east side of 4th alley
&N. to the 4est side of TEIRD AVENUE W.N
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, Mock 8 Kalispell Original: being the east
side of THIRD AVENUE W. N. between Washington And Idaho Streets.
