RESOLUTION NO. 2624
A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 304.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
SECTION 1. ' That Speciai improvement District No.�304 is:.
hereby created for the purpose of installing a sanitary, sewer
in that certain area described in Resolution No. 2619 and
which area is commonly called the Adams Addition Sewer Area.
SECTION-2. That said district is created subject to the
terms and conditions as specified in RESOLUTION NO. 2619,,
entitled "RESOLUTION or INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPPOVEmEN'l
DISTRICT NO. 304", passed and'approved by the City Council of
the City of Kalispell, Montana, on the ist day of --l-;ay
1967.
