A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 2607 entitled
"A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXTEND THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA", and after a hearing held at a regular meeting of said
City Council, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in Kalispell, Montana,
at 7:30 P.M. on March 13, 1967, pursuant to said resolution and notice duly
given by publication, as required by law, the boundaries or corporate limits
of the City of Kalispell, Montana are hereby extended so as to embrace and
include the tract of land described in said resolution of Intention No.
2607, and hereinafter described, and the said described tract of land is
hereby declared to be annexed to and to be a part of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, and within the corporatelimits thereof. The time when this
resolution shall go into effect and the extension of the boundaries of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, be made by the inclusion of said tract of land
within the boundaries or corporate limits of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
is hereby declared to be March 13, 1967.
SECTION 2. That the tract of land so embraced and included within the
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, Montana, is more particularly described
as follows:
