Resolution 2545A - Resolution of Intent - Abandon Parkview PlaceRESOLUTION NO. 2545-A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON A STREET BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Petition of Louis T. Phillips, Brick & Masonry Contractor, Inc., Great Northern Railway Company and the County of Flathead, it is the intention of the City Council of Kalispell, Montana, to abandon that certain street known as Parkview Place and described as follows, to -wit: All of that portion of PARKVIEW PLACE dedicated to the public as shown in the official plat of Woodland Heights, and within the boundaries of said Woodland Heights, which plat is on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana; SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall post 3 notices of the intention to abandon said street at least one week before March 8, 1965, on which date the Council intends to act on the aforesaid petition. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, THIS 15th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1965. ATTEST: George Beardslee City Clerk T. R.
