Approval of Minutes: Janet moved to approve September 8 minutes; John seconded.
Approved 5-0.
Old Business: None
New Business:
DeSoto Grill — 227 First St W; projecting sign. Metal patina. Gooseneck lights. Janet
moved to approve; John seconded. Approved 5-0.
Popeye's — 201 18t' St E; new wall/freestanding signs; add landscaping to the base
(evergreen) — 2 junipers on each side. Russ moved to approve with the additional
landscaping; John seconded. Approved 5-0.
Other Discussion:
Immanuel Lutheran/Buffalo Hill Terrace expansion — preliminary comments for CUP
review. Looks good in general. Need to keep an eye on the large roof mass.
