A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 301
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That Special Improvement District No. 301 is hereby
created for the purpose of installing a sanitary sewer in part
of POSTON ADDITION AND BAKER SOUTP SIDE ADDITION to Kalispell,
Montana.
SECTION 2. That sold district is created subject to the terms and
conditions specified in Resolution No. 24911 entitled "RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 301-,
passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana on the 6th clay of May, 1963.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA, this 3rd day of June, 1963,
