Spring Prairie Phase IV — overall site development plan. They will try to complete their Final Plat

Updated plans were shown that reflect some of the changes based on some of the initial comments.
The landscaping boulevards are added in at the entrances, along with some of the sidewalks.
Blumenstein told Fincher that she will be doing the landscape boulevard between out lot G and out lot
H, but the one between out lot E and out lot F will be tied to the first tenant going in there. Sorensen
stated that if there was a required sidewalk and boulevard, that it would be going in as part of the
overall project. Nygren stated that Blumenstein will need to install all that are shown on the updated
plans. Haskins is waiting for a few things and should be able to do a conditional approval after he
receives those. We had discussed previously about bonding for anything that would have to be off -
site for stormwater. This will be on the agenda for next week.
