A RESOLUTION TO SET THE ANNUAL PARKING PASS FEES FOR THE WESTSIDE
NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING MANAGEMENT ZONE.
WHEREAS, on July 20, 2015, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 1759 on first reading,
establishing the Westside Neighborhood Parking Management Zone in the
Flathead High School neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1759 provides for two free parking passes to be issued within the
parking zone to each residence and that an annual fee shall be required for all
other parking passes issued for the parking zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a fee amount of $25.00 per annual parking pass is a
fair and equitable contribution toward the costs to the City of managing the
parking zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The annual fee for a parking pass per vehicle to park in the Westside
Neighborhood Parking Management Zone shall be $25.00, to become
effective thirty days after passage of Ordinance No. 1759 on second
reading and to remain effective until later amended or repealed.
