Attendance: Dick Rapacilo, Ken Benesh, Bruce Tulloch, Scott Harrison, Scott Richardson, Doug Russell -
City Manager, Tom Jentz- Planning Director, Stephanie Ray, Wayne Freeman, Jaron Nygren.
Call to Order: In the absence of a chair, Doug Russell called the meeting to order at 4:OOpm.
Public Comment: None.
Doug Russell introduced CTA, who then led a discussion regarding the update to the South Kalispell
Urban Renewal Plan.
It was agreed that there would be a joint meeting with the URA Board, Airport Advisory Board and CTA
in April.
It was agreed that a board chairman would be selected at a later date.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 5:15pm.
