OLD BUSINESS:
Beehive Homes — 242 Stillwater; new assisted living/memory care unit. Sorensen noted that the
issue with the fence has been resolved. Public Works has not reviewed this project yet, but Wargo
stated she hopes to get started on it tomorrow. Frasier stated they are within 150' of a hydrant with
the building so it might just be the drainage that Public Works will need to look at, because they have
fire protection water as far as starting building construction. Building Dept. has received the final
elevation yesterday. Parks signed off on this project last week. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
Calaway Apartments — 1079 N Meridian; new apartment complex. No one has received any
contact from them. Jentz will send them a letter letting them know that if we do not receive a
response from them by June 28th, that the CUP will be void. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
91/93/97 Financial Drive — new four-plex CUP. Fire and Parks have signed off on this. Wargo has
contacted them to let them know what more is needed by Public Works to review this project. They
said they are still working on it. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Captain's Marine — Hwy 93 S; new retail building. Wargo and Haskins will be starting the drainage
review this afternoon. Building has received stamped drawings and will soon begin their review. This
will be on the agenda for next week.
Canvas Church — 255 Summit Ridge; expansion of existing church. Wargo is waiting on their
resubmittal. Parker met with them yesterday about their required sprinklering in one area of the
existing building. They have started on the footings. This will be on the agenda for next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
