US 2 and Spring Creek, Sunset Press Release from Public WorksPublic Notification
Knife River will begin work on the MDT project "US 2 & Spring Creek/Sunset" on Tuesday, May
26t", weather permitting. There will not be access to Spring Creek Dr from US 2 and traffic will
need to follow designated detour route. The project consists of reconstructing Spring Creek Dr
and realignment of Sunset Dr adjacent to US 2. The work will take place on Spring Creek Dr
beginning at US 2 and extending approximately 400 Ft east of US 2. The work will also take
place on new Sunset Dr beginning at US 2 and extending approximately 600 Ft west of US 2.
Sunset Dr will remain open to thru traffic and Spring Creek Dr will not be open to thru traffic
within the construction limits.
