Resolution 2307 - Closes Sunrise CourtRE,SOLITTION NO. 2307
BE IT HEREBY USOLTED, that we, the Mayor and the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, after receiving a Petition for the closing of Sunrise Court,
in Woodland Heights, within the City of Kalispell, Montana, described as follows,
to wit:
All of said Sunrise Court which is contained
within the limits and boundaries of Woodland
Heights, according to the official mpa or plat
of said Woodland Heights on file and of record
in the office of the County Clerk ard Recorder
of Flathead County, Montana;
and finding that said Petition was signed by all of the property owners of
lots on said street, and that said Petition was in writing, and that the closing
of said street can be done without detriment to public interest, and farther
finding that Notice that said Petition would be acted upon was duly given in
accordance with 5oction, 11-002, R. C. M. 1947;
BE Tr THEREFORE ITSOLVED, that we, the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, hereby order and decree that the above described Sunrise
QuTt in b0ondland Heights in the City of Kalispell, Xontana, be and the same
hereby is, Vacated and discontinued, and the land therein shall attach to and
become part of the adjoining lots.
