A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 288
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MOW ANA:
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No. 288 is hereby created
T-o-r-t-Fe—parpose of installing a sanitary sewer approximately 600 feet in
length, west of the alley on 10th Avenue West between 5th and 6th Streets.
Section 2. That said District is created subject to the terms and conditions
speci?Med in Resolution No. 2259 entitled Resolution of intention to create
Special Improvement District No. 288, passed and approved October 4, 1954, to
which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
