A RESOLUTION cRLiATiNc, SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 289
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
Section 1. That Special Improvement District No, 289 is hereby created
fo-i�—Ui—epurpose of installing a sanitary sewer in Highland Park Addition
to Kalispell, Montana.
Section 2. 'That said District is created subject to the terms and
Fo�nditions specified in Resolution No. 2264 entitled Resolution of Intention
to create Special Improvement District No. 239, passed and approved March 7,
1955, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November, 1955.
