NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 4th day of May, 2015 at 7:00 o'clock p.m., in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, 2011 st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, the City Council of the City
of Kalispell shall make the determination whether to retain and sell certain real property it acquired
by assignment from Flathead County, Montana, pursuant to MCA 15-17-317, and which real property
is legally described as Lots 3A, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 15 of Old School Station according to the plat and amended
plats of record in the Office of Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana. Specific information
about the parcels is set forth as follows:

Any party of interest, as identified in the title commitment as the taxpayer or the taxpayer's
successor in interest or legal representative, may redeem the property by fully paying to Flathead
County, on or before May 3, 2015, all taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest due on the land
at the time of taking the tax deed plus interest on the full amount at the rate provided for in
MCA 15-16-102 from the date of the tax deed to the date of repurchase as well as the costs of the
County in taking the tax deed and additional taxes or assessments due, if any, at the time of
repurchase and by doing so will be fully vested in the real property. This payoff information
will be provided upon request made to the City of Kalispell Finance Department at (406) 758-
7950 or by email at rwills@kalispell.co.
This notice shall be published as provided in MCA 7-1-2121 and shall also be mailed to
interested parties identified through title search, including in such notice a list of all parcels to be
retained, the fair market value of the parcels as determined and fixed by the Department of
Revenue, and the time fixed for entry of resolution of retention.
