RESOLUTION NO. 2268
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, THAT WE, the Mayor and the City Counoii°of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, after receiving a Petition for the closing the whole of a
Driveway and Alley in Park View Addition to the City of Kalispell, Montana,
described as follows, to -wit: -
The whole of the Driveway North and East of Lots 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,
15,16,17 and 18 of Block I and West of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2, and the
whole of the alley South and West of Lots 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,'15,16,17, and 18
of Block 1, all in Park View Addition to Kalispell, Montana, according to the map
or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and
Recorder of Flathead County, Montana;
and further finding that said Petition alleges that all of the owners of
lots adjoining the Driveway and alley to be vacated have signed said Petition;
and that said Petition was in writing, and that the closing of said Driveway
and alley can be done without detriment to public interest, and further finding
that Notice of said Petition was duly given in accordance with Section 11-2802,
R. c. m., 1947;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Kalispell, Montana, hereby Order and Decree that the above described Driveway
and alley in Park View Addition to Kalispell, Montana, be, and the same hereby is,
vacated and abandoned and discontinued, and that the land therein shall attach to
and become part of the adjoining lots and properties.

the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the Resolution duly passed by the
City Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, at its special meeting on
