RESOL-UTION NO. 2211
The City of Kalispell having heretofore duly authorized
the purchase from the C. E. Conr@d Homorial Cemetery Association
of its water rights in Stillwater River and its dam as well as
its other property pertaining thereto and there having been
presented to the City Council the proposed deed of the said
C. E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery Association and also the
proposed agreement between the City and said corporation set -Ling
forth the consideration to be paid by the City and the details
of such transaction and the Council having duly examined the
same and the same hiving been duly approved by the special
committee to which the matter h;,,d theretofore been referred,
NOW THEREFOEE isE IT RESOLVED by the City of Kalispell on
behalf of its Water Department, t',gt said deed be accepted and
that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
and attest, respectively, the said agreement and the l�'Vater
Department and its Officers are hereby directed to ,)ay
said cash corsiderntion and to proceed at once with tah-ing
