OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
I, Theresa White, the duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of Kalispell,
Montana, do hereby certify that the following construction contract for the construction of the
improvements in Special Improvement District No. 345 has been duly executed by the Mayor
and the City Clerk on behalf of the City:
Work Bidder Contract Price
Install approximately 1,250 linear Schellinger $238,350
feet of storm main, manholes, Construction Co
riprap, stormwater treatment units,
re -grade the existing stormwater
detention pond, and install other
appurtenances as required
The contract was placed on file in the office of the City Clerk after being signed by the
contractor, and the contractor has submitted executed payment and performance bond(s) in the
form and manner provided for in Title 18, Chapter 1, Part 2, and Title 18, Chapter 2, Part 2,
Montana Code Annotated.
