12-14 Public Comment from, Davis, Quiet Skies of Kalispell
Dear City Manager, Mayor, And Council Members,
Please investigate these reports of a helicopter with no lights on
flying low over the east side of Kalispell a dozen times, as late as
10:40 pm. Our Kalispell City Police Department say's it's not in there
jurisdiction. I bet if I had a flying lawn mower flying up and down main
street it sure would be.
Please let me know, who owned the aircraft, what they were doing.
And what are you going to do to stop such actions. And the FAA report.

Hello xxxx
I didn't see it, but I heard it from my house over here in the 400 block
of 5th. Ave. W.. I believe Your the second person that said it didn't
have lights on. That is a FAA violation. I would report that, but I
didn't see it. Red Eagle aviation will have records of all helicopter
activity at the city airport last night. Please call our city manager or
the mayor and get the phone number to contact FAA. This needs to be
investigated.

You are so right. A helicopter, with no lights on, went back and forth
at a low altitude repeatedly (about a dozen times) last night about
10:45. We reported it to the police, but of course they don't have
jurisdiction. This was not Search and Rescue or Alert.
"We need to band all helicopter use and noise at our Kalispell City
Airport" Whitefish said No to helicopter in city limits so can we.
