1. Call to Order:
Called to Order at 7:30 a.m., By: Mark Pirrie
2. Approval of the Agenda:
Moved by Janet, second by Mark.
3. Approval of July Board Meeting:
Moved by Joel, second by Mark.
4. Hearing of the Public:
5. Approval of Financial Statements of July and August 2014:
Janet moved to table the financial statements until the projected budget revenue numbers have been
plugged in. They currently list income and expenses. Second by Mark.
6. Updates from City Parking:
Unfinished Business:
The striping in the lots will be done in the spring. We will try to schedule it as close to beginning of May
as possible. Discussion followed regarding current projects being done on the streets in the downtown
area. Captain Rademacher provided an update on the most recent discussions regarding the proposed high
school Parking District.
7. New Business:
The next meeting will be Thursday, November 20, 2014.
