CERTIFICATE AND RECEIPT OF PURCHASER
The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation of the State of Montana, as
purchaser (the "Purchaser") of the Special Improvement District No. 345 Bond (DNRC Water
Pollution Control State Revolving Loan Program), Series 2014 (the "Bond") of the City of
Kalispell, Montana (the "City"), by its duly authorized representative, does hereby acknowledge
receipt of the Bond in the maximum authorized principal amount of $242,000, fully executed and
authenticated.
Sufficient funds are available under the State of Montana's Water Pollution Control State
Revolving Fund Program (the "Program") to fund the purchase by the Purchaser of the Bond in
the aggregate principal amount of $242,000. The Purchaser is duly authorized to advance
principal amounts of the Bond from time to time up to $242,000 if the conditions precedent
thereto under the Bond, the Resolution (as defined in the Bond) and the Program, including
provisions of the Indenture of Trust, between the Board of Examiners of the State of Montana
and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, have been satisfied.
